• Legal annual leave is available at a workplace that hires five or more full time employees.
• 15 days of annual leave is given to you if you have worked for longer than a year consecutively and have worked for at least 80% of the days during that period; and you can have one day of annual leave per month if you have worked for a year or less, or if you have worked less than 80% of the days during the previous year.
